OUTDOOR TRAINING

Outdoor training is a great tradition in most Martial Arts and we are lucky enough to have Clifton Downs just a short drive from our indoor training venues. This means during the summer months (and on New Years Day) we gather together and train outside in the sunshine (or rain) and fresh air.

The benefits of this outdoor exercise can be felt immediately. Training on uneven ground is harder and better for developing balance and core strength whilst the energy from each class means we also have loads of fun.

During 2020 our outdoor training was the safest option and we were able to run classes throughout the year whilst still following the government guidelines.
