This is the home page of the Clifton and Henleaze schools of Taekwon-Do. We are based in Bristol and provide some of the best and friendliest training you'll find anywhere.
If you are looking for somewhere for you or your family to train, why not contact us to arrange a free trial lesson. Beginners are always welcome with two free classes before you decide to sign up.
Our students start at four years' old (Little P.U.M.A.s class) then progress to the Junior class between 6 and 7 years old.
Adults and 'senior grade' Junior students have their own dedicated training sessions as do our Black Belts. There are also sparring classes, demo team training, martial arts camps and a whole tournament circuit.

SUMMER TIMETABLE IS…
Sunday - Little PUMAs at 11:30 - 12pm. All Juniors and Adults training at 12pm. Juniors finish at 12:45, Adults finish at 1:30pm
Monday and Wednesday - All Juniors starting at 6pm, All adults starting at 7pm finishing at 8pm.
Thursday - No changes to normal class times.
Sunday 21st July - Downs training 11:30 for LP’s. Juniors and adults 12pm.
Monday 22nd July - Classes in BFS - SUMMER TIMETABLE
Wednesday 24th July - Classes in C of E Academy - SUMMER TIMETABLE

PUMA Summer Camp in Croyde Bay from Sat 27th July until Friday 2nd August. I will be there teaching for that week, please see details on the PUMA page if you are interested in attending.
DOWNS TRAINING INFO
Held half way up ladies mile. We will have a Gazebo for shade, please bring a picnic and plenty to drink.
NO DOBOKS NEEDED - ONLY BELTS.
Downs training is fantastic fun and has been very popular with all who have taken part in the past. You need to dress appropriately for the weather and wear trainers, bring sun hat and H20. Adults with questionable knees (like me) please wear any knee or ankle braces that you need as working on uneven ground can sometimes prove interesting.
We will be covering patterns, set sparring, pad work, linework, spirit test and much more as well as having a lot of fun.
DOWNS TRAINING TIMES
SUNDAYS 11:30 am start for LP’s. Juniors and adults all training at 12pm. Juniors ending at 1pm. Adults ending when they have had enough.
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, All Juniors training at 6pm- 7pm , all adults training at 7pm until they have had enough.
THURSDAY, Little PUMAs and Juniors at 6pm, Adults at 7pm until they have had enough.
ADULTS JOINING DOWNS TRAINING
As we are on the Downs and space is not an issue, any adult students who would like to come and train earlier whilst the juniors are training are welcome. If it is hard to get there for a 7pm start feel free to come along when you can.
