OUR VISION

In our schools we cater to any person who wishes to learn the art of Taekwon-Do regardless of age, gender, colour, religion, physical and mental or emotional ability.

Our classes are inclusive and we are proud to offer a syllabus that incorporates a skillset appropriate to be modified and allow children and adults with a mixed variety of abilities to experience success.

No diagnosis or additional need should preclude training.

Children who struggle with poor motor function, irregular balance or challenging eye to hand co-ordination, benefit hugely from the regular repetitive training.

As Taekwon-Do is not a team sport but an individuals journey through the art, there is no team pressure to perform or to go at the same pace as other students.

Although we have rules of etiquette and a dress code within our school, alternatives are allowed under some circumstances. Adaptions can be made to cater for students with sensory issues.

All Students are taught both in individual groups and as part of the larger class. This helps with socialisation but also allows those who need a smaller group or even 1:1 help to be placed in the best learning environment for them. We can also offer zoom online tuition for those unable to attend a class.

Students with ADHD, Attachment Disorders or Anxiety are catered for through discussion with the parent and through the use of more therapeutic and fun teaching techniques.

Students with physical challenges will be helped to reach their potential and can benefit from a modified syllabus designed exclusively for them to suit their abilities.
