THE FRONT SNAP KICK
The front snap kick (Ap Chabusigi,)is designed to attack the opponent in the front. It is most effective when performed to low and middle section but can look dramatic when displayed at head height. A high section version of this kick is not usually encouraged in class as it look good but has less applications than the lower versions.
A good understanding of this kick forms the basis for many more.

Pay special attention to the shapes and foot positions for these kicks and make sure you practice them slowly first. Once you can perform a kick slowly with good control, then start thinking about how to gain power and speed in the movement.
MAKE SURE THE ANKLE IS STRAIGHTENED (POINTED FOOT) THEN PULL THE TOES BACK AS FAR AS THEY WILL GO
